Coated tablets 100 mg of Imatinib mesilate

Indications

Recently diagnosed Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) patients, blastic crisis after failure under treatment with alpha interferon.

Metastatic or non resectable gastrointestinal stromal tumor patients (GIST). CD 117 Kit positive.

Adult patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, (LLA Ph+) with chemotherapy.

LLA Ph+ adult patients refractory or relapse as monotherapy.

Adult patients with myelodisplastic/myeloproliferative síndromes (SMD/SMP) with gene re arrangement (PDGFR)

Adult patients with advanced hypereosinophilic syndrome (SHE) and7or chronic eosinophilic leukemia (LEC) con FIP1L1-PDGFRa re arrangement.

Adult patients with non resectable dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP).

Adult patient with recurrent and or metastatic DFSP non surgical.

Contraindications

Known hypersensibility to imatinib. Pregnancy and breast feeding.

Kimatinib 100, is available in boxes with 120 coated tablet containing Imatinib mesylate 100 mg per tablet.
