Indications:

Metastatic colorrectal carcinoma, first line treatment with fluoripidimes as monotherapy.

Breast cancer, resistant or progressive with antraciclines and/or taxanes.

Contraindications:

Hypersensibility to 5-fluorouracile. Pregnancy. Breastfeeding. Patients below 18 yo. Heart failure. Isquemic heart conditions. Sever liver impairment.
